The rare and the most expensive coffee.
It is in Indonesia, on the island of Sumatra, that the precious beans of Kopi Luwak are harvested.
The luwak, a small Asian civet of the Viverridae family which lives in the coffee trees, is renowned for selecting the perfect coffee berries. It eats them but, not being able to digest the beans, expels the latter intact.
This particularity makes it the rarest and thus most expensive coffee in the world, one which only a very few coffee merchants can offer!
You will be enchanted by its aromas of caramel and its incomparable sweet flavour…
